CCEB is a non-profit organization working to fight poverty in Canada, Cameroon, France.
CCEB works in a way to respond to the material, emotional, mental and spiritual needs of the population. We believe in the importance of creating a healthy environment for families, youth and marginalized people so that they can be restored and become active members of society.
Reverend Christine Olinga is the visionary of the community center. She has been serving the Lord for more than 10 years now.
MISSION IN CAMEROON
Every year, a CCEB team travels to Cameroon (Central African countries) in order to bring material help to rural populations.
The assistance provided includes basic commodities such as medicines, food, clothing, reading glasses, etc. The CCEB is currently working in two cities and six villages in Cameroon.
Our goal is to reach a greater number of villages in remote areas in order to bring them the same help, but also the construction of infrastructures for the education of the populations, as well as the setting up of workshops aiming at the financial and spiritual stability of the populations. All this with the goal of greatly improving the living conditions of the populations.
The construction of two buildings to host the community center in Canada and Cameroon.
These premises will serve, among other things, as a shelter for homeless people and women leaving the sex industry ,from the time of their supervision until their reintegration into society.
We currently offer a counselling service for families, couples and young people who are struggling with substance use problems, suicidal thoughts, risk behaviours and identity confusion.
We also offer financial assistance to students, low-income families and single-parent households.
